1. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it by email or phone at [fitindiagurunutritions@gmail.com / +91-7027000107].
Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If your order is successfully cancelled, the paid amount will be refunded to the same payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise stated.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange if you have received a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product.
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery by providing your order ID, product images, and a short description of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (with all labels, seals, and accessories intact).
If your return is approved, you can choose either a replacement or a refund.
If the product is being returned due to a mistake or defect on our part, we will bear the return shipping charges. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. In case the payment method is unavailable, we may process it via bank transfer after confirmation.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Items purchased during special promotions, discounts, or marked as “No Return / No Refund”.
Customized orders, fitness plans, or digital services once they have been delivered or accessed.
Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or proof of purchase.
